It talks about the NZTA Operator Rating System that ranks New Zealands transport operators on a scale of 1 (worst) to 5 (best) based on the results of roadside stops, COF (certificate of fitness) outcomes as well as speeding and accidents. Tranznorth are five star rated. We believe this system should be made public as was originally intended, so that all road users can see how various operators rate.
